Portugese Retreat 2027

Retreat Dates: Monday- 31st May (Check-in from 3:00pm)

Friday - 5th June (Check-out by 11:00am)

Location: Casa Terra, Sinagoga, Tavira, 8800-511 Portugal

Price: £1,550 per guest

What’s Included:

* 5 nights’ accommodation in a private ecological villa (shared rooms, 2 people per room)

* Nourishing meals: fruit, teas & coffee each morning, buffet-style brunch, light afternoon snack, and wholesome evening meals (vegetarian or vegan)

* All group workshops, healing sessions, and movement practices

* Use of retreat facilities (pool, gardens, and private spaces)

* An evening out including a meal in the beautiful local town

* A sound bath

* A sunrise mediation & picnic on the beach

What’s Not Included:

* Flights to and from Portugal

* Airport transfers

* Travel insurance (this is compulsory)

Payment Plan:

* A non-refundable deposit of £200.00 is required to secure your place

* 9 months payment plan of £150.00

Room Sharing Policy:

Each guest will be accommodated in a shared room (2 guests per room). If you are attending with a friend, we will allocate you together. If you are attending solo, you will be paired with another aligned participant.

We will have zoom calls on the countdown to the retreat to become connected before hand, many people like to organise flights together too for comfort and company, equally solo flying is also perfectly fine.

Cancellation Policy:

* All payments made are non-refundable

* In the event you can no longer attend, your place may be transferred to another guest (you are responsible for arranging this and you must receive written agreement from Paula and Louise beforehand)

* Travel insurance is mandatory to cover any unforeseen changes

Arrival and Departure Policy:

* Guests are permitted on the villa premises from 3:00pm on Monday 31st May and must vacate the property by 11:00am Friday 5th June

* Access to the villa complex is not permitted outside of these times

Additional Guidelines:

* No alcohol is to be brought or consumed on the villa premises

* This is a sacred, healing space and we ask all guests to honour the retreat energy with respect and kindness

* We reserve the right to adjust the schedule or content of the retreat if necessary
