Portugese Retreat 2026

Retreat Dates: Tuesday 9th June 2026 (Check-in from 3:00pm) to Sunday 14th June 2026 (Check-out by 11:00am)

Location: Casa Terra, Sinagoga, Tavira, 8800-511 Portugal

Price: £1,500 per guest

What’s Included:

• 5 nights’ accommodation in a private ecological villa (shared rooms, 2 people per room)

. For a single room the full cost is £1950

• Nourishing meals: fruit, teas & coffee each morning, buffet-style brunch, light afternoon snack, and wholesome evening meals (vegetarian or vegan)

• All group workshops, healing sessions, and movement practices

• Use of retreat facilities (pool, gardens, and private spaces)

What’s Not Included:

• Flights to and from Portugal

• Airport transfers

• Travel insurance (this is compulsory)

Payment Plan:

• A non-refundable deposit of £200 is required to secure your place

• Second payment of £700 due within 14 days

• Final balance of £600 due before 1st May 2026

Room Sharing Policy:

Each guest will be accommodated in a shared room (2 guests per room). If you are attending with a friend, we will allocate you together. If you are attending solo, you will be paired with another participant.

Unless you pay the addition for your own room.

Cancellation Policy:

• All payments made are non-refundable

• In the event you can no longer attend, your place may be transferred to another guest (you are responsible for arranging this and you must receive written agreement from Paula and Louise beforehand)

• Travel insurance is mandatory to cover any unforeseen changes

Arrival and Departure Policy:

• Guests are permitted on the villa premises from 3:00pm on Tuesday 9th June and must vacate the property by 11:00am on Sunday 14th June

• Access to the villa complex is not permitted outside of these times

Additional Guidelines:

• No alcohol is to be brought or consumed on the villa premises

• This is a sacred, healing space and we ask all guests to honour the retreat energy with respect and kindness

• We reserve the right to adjust the schedule or content of the retreat if necessary
